Cost and emissions figures are modelled on a six-storey building drawing roughly 60 kW for 10 hours a day, 30 days a month, comparing a 125 kVA diesel generator set against a hybrid EH-One+ and EH-Cube+ battery energy storage deployment. Your figures will depend on your actual load profile.

Fewer cables, less noise, no exhaust at the work face.

Sensitive environments

Residential-adjacent works, live buildings and night operations, where noise and fumes are the constraint rather than the capacity. Battery energy storage removes both at the point of use.

Hard-to-reach work faces

Basements, tunnels, gondolas and upper decks, where running cable from a single supply point is slow, expensive and hazardous. The battery generator goes to the work instead.

Low-load, long-hours duty

Site offices, lighting, CCTV, pumps and hand tools. Exactly the loads that leave a diesel genset idling at 30 to 50 per cent, burning fuel for very little useful output.
