Common questions
Do you publish prices?
No, and that is deliberate. A portable BESS is specified, not picked off a shelf. Two clients asking for 30 kWh often need completely different systems. Tell us the load and we will quote you accurately, which is more useful to both of us than a number on a web page.
Can I rent instead of buy?
Yes. As the systems integrator arm of GoRental Global we can structure rental, purchase, or a trial deployment ahead of a bigger commitment.
How quickly can you deploy?
As quick as same day deployment. Fleet units are charged, tested and ready to go out, so for standard EH-One+ and EH-Cube configurations we can often be on your site the same working day. Larger hybrid or containerised battery energy storage setups need a site visit and a sizing exercise first. If your project has a fixed start date, talk to us early, because our fleet is finite and the good dates go first.
Can it work alongside our existing generator?
Yes, and for many sites that is the sensible first step. In a hybrid setup the battery carries the base and overnight load while the generator runs only when it is genuinely needed, at efficient load. Fuel use, runtime hours and noise all drop without removing the generator on day one.
Will it reduce the cabling on our site?
That is one of the main reasons clients call us. A portable BESS sits at the work face instead of at a single supply point, so long cable runs, temporary distribution boards and the trip hazards that come with them are reduced or removed entirely.
Do you only supply your own EH-Series?
No. We are a systems integrator. We carry our own EH-Series alongside products from our partnering companies, including EcoFlow through GoRental and commercial and industrial systems with Green Tenaga, and we specify whichever genuinely fits the application.
Do you support the system after delivery?
Yes. Servicing, spares and engineering escalation are handled by our Singapore team, the same people who specified and commissioned your system.
